Recently, there have been concerns that the amount of coffee-growing land and harvests will decrease by 2050 due to climate change caused by global warming. So there, Mr. Minamikawa is aiming to reliably produce high-quality, rare varieties of coffee beans using a cultivation technique called "Grafting" which makes use of a plant’s regenerative ability. Through this initiative, Mr. Minamikawa says he wants to establish a brand for the area as a coffee-producing region and stabilize the income of producers. What kind of future does he envision?
